Tasting Notes:
ESPRESSO (COLOMBIA + ETHIOPIA): Unique, sensitive and delicate with notes of jasmine flower, bergamot and blueberry in aftertaste. The body acidity is mild and pleasant.
MEXICO: Smooth and delicate, very well-balanced with nutty and chocolaty tones and a sweet date taste in both the flavor and aroma.
PERU: Sweet with a medium to full body and lots of chocolate flavor notes as well as hazelnut flavors
HONDURAS: Sweet and medium-bodied brings together a mellow acidity and a strong caramel sweetness, perhaps with nutty undertone flavors
GUATEMALA: Low acidity, thick body, and rustic flavors that can often be described as earthy, woody, creamy + chocolatey.
